WHAT IS A VISION/ACTION BOARD
It’s a collage of words and images, cut out from magazines, and pieced together that represents everything you aspire to.
It’s your unique creation. It’s also a fun way to stay motivated and keep your goals at the forefront of your mind by keeping it on display somewhere you will see it everyday!
WHAT YOU NEED:
Magazines (Images you would like to include on your vision board - 2 or 3 magazines is enough)
Canvas Board A3 preferred size
Pencils
Glue
Scissors
If you prefer to do an online board - Have Pinterest at hand and a blank Word document.

Visualisation Meditation (Inc the recording, so you can do the meditation every week for 3 month min).

THE PROCESS:
After a short welcome and introduction, I will lead you through some exercises to help you reflect on last year and get you thinking about the areas of your life that you’d like to focus on this year.
You will also be able to think about how you want to feel this year, what is going to support you, keep you grounded and what will connect you to your bliss to bring more joy and fun in your life.
I will then guide you through the steps to create your own vision board and we will end with time for reflection on everyone’s boards.
Use this opportunity to network with like minded driven people and feel inspired. Plus making a vision board in a group environment is so much more rewarding, powerful and fun than doing it by yourself.
